LOCO detects changes in the texts and parameters of imported products.

If you make changes to products in the source e-shop and these changes are imported into LOCO, the system will allow you to update the translation for those products.

Translation updates occur at the same translation level (AUTO / PRO) that the product was originally translated with.

• On the main page, by clicking on the orange box with the text “xx to update” under each language, you will be taken to filtered products with a change in the source text and can manually send them for translation update:

The price for a translation update is charged according to the per-word pricing.

The cost is determined based on the number of word changes detected when updating products from the import source.

Translation Update for products with imported translations

If you want to update the translation of products that have an imported translation, you must first remove the existing imported translation.

After removing the imported translation, the originally imported translated texts of the product will be permanently deleted.

• The product will be “untranslated” for the selected languages
• The product will be “unexported” for connections that have the selected language configured

• Removing a translation is a free feature; only the re-translation is charged.
• If you resend the product for translation and the source language text has not changed, the original translation will be restored.
