LOCO is a localization management application. It takes products directly from your source e-store (SOURCE store) and localizes them.

It can also export them to your e-store, you have 2 options:

👉 You use Shoptet add-on "Foreign languages".

You have 1 e-shop that can manage multiple languages. Products are imported into LOCO from the source language. If you already have some products localized, we will automatically download this information and disable the products for localization. You can flag others for localization. Once we localize them, you can have them exported directly back to your e-shop.

🔀 Export to a separate foreign instance

you have e-shop/s on a separate foreign domain.

In this case you need to install add-on "LOCO " on each e-shop separately, it works as follows:

1. The add-on on the source e-shop acts as a "Source store", i.e. the e-shop from where we take the source data and texts for localization.

2. The add-on on the foreign e-shop then functions as a "Destination store", which is the e-shop where we export the localized products in the foreign language.

   At the same time you have to be in paid mode of Shoptet for the add-on to be available for you.

We will list the products according to the source e-store - into existing categories or we will create them according to the source e-store.

Add-on installation procedure

First install the add-on on your 👉source e-shop👈

1. Go through the whole installation, you can already have your products localized or proceed to the app and localize the products later.
2. Now you need to connect LOCO with your foreign e-shop as well.
3. Click on Connections → "Create export connection"
