The user overview is used for managing registered users, provided you are in the user role of “Admin” or “Manager.”

In the list, users are categorized into different levels.

Overview Columns

• First and Last Name
• Email
• Group

Groups

A group refers to access to records within a hierarchy, including upward access. For example, a subordinate user in a given group can see the central export connection, etc.

User Levels

User levels can be set when creating or editing a user.

Admin

• A system user with the Admin level has the highest privileges and can manage the entire system, including creating users of all levels. Functions available only to Admins are marked with an icon, as shown in the image. The user can create both Manager and Customer type users.
