You can set the automatic overwriting of changes made in Import and Export connection.

In the connection, you set the times and days when the import and export will be automatically performed.

Click "Edit" in the Import connection and then click "Continue":

When you get to Setup regular import - there you will select the desired times and days you want the import connection from the source (source store/feed) to update:

You do the same in Export Connection and choose the times and days you want to send the changes to the export connection (target store/feed):
